Wall running is an alternative to the more traditional aerial disciplines. Using a harness, the performer is suspended above the ground against a wall, using the wall as the floor. Core strength is tested as the performer jumps, twists and somersaults off the wall, and uses it to creates intriguing shapes and movements.
Aerial Performance courses run in 6 week blocks and are offered from age 8 years to adults.
Working in a structured group environment, students will gain strength, and increase fitness and flexibility whilst building a solid foundation in the core aerial disciplines.
